Vendor Rules & Information

VENDOR SET-UP:  Check in is from 6:30 am - 8:30 am and REMAIN Setup until 3:00 pm, UNLESS PRIOR APPROVAL HAS BEEN MADE.  Show hours are 9:00 am - 3:00 pm.  Vendors have between 3:00 pm & 5:00 pm to pack merchandise and depart. 

INSURANCE:  Vendors take FULL RESPONSIBILITY FOR ANY INJURIES OR LOSS to them or to their property while attending the show. This RELEASES ALL LIABILITY to Sci-Fi & Fantasy Collectibles, LLC and the Omaha Fire Fighters Union Hall.

SMOKING, including VAPING: is NOT PERMITTED inside the Omaha Fire Fighters Union Hall.

SHOW CANCELLATION: For any reason the Show must cancel.  ALL PAYMENTS will be CREDITED to a rescheduled date.

VENDOR CANCELLATION:  If a cancellation is needed, vendors MUST contact us, via email or telephone, NO LATER than 8:00 am on the SATURDAY prior to show date for Refund Approval.  Failure to do so will result in NO REFUND.

VENDOR BOOTHS:  Each 10' X 10' booth is $50.00, which includes two (2) 8' x 30" tables.   All items MUST be on/under tables and/or displayed on grid walls.  No items will be permitted in the aisle way.  Each vendor space will accommodate grid wall displays (great space saver).  Electrical connections are limited to booths located along perimeter.    

BOOTH LOCATIONS:  Booth locations are not guaranteed - locations are assigned as requests are received and paid for.
